    WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

    If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!

    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

    Orders are shipped out directly from our suppliers many warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 4-13 business days for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-2-3  weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

    WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

    All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

    The tracking number says delivered, but I haven't received my order. What should I do?

    A:We really apologize that your item was not delivered to you.As much as we would like to have all the items be shipped smoothly, we really do not have control over other possible reasons/factors why an item did not arrive in one's mailbox.What we can recommend is that you can check with neighbour to see if they possibly have the package or check your local post office.

    Most customers who have the same situation as you have found their item either with their neighbour or at the local post office.All domestic delivery issues become the responsibility of the local postal service once it's been shipped. You may contact them directly.

    Please make sure that you have entered your correct and complete shipping details when you ordered. We will NOT be held responsible for package that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

    Shipment Processing Time

    Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. In peak periods please allow for upto 6 business days for dispatch. It is because that we don't have the control over big shipping companies.

    Covid 19 Affecting Our Shipping Times

    If you've placed an order, and it hasn't arrived within the specified time frame, it may have been delayed due to Covid 19.
